  • Cancellations/Rescheduling

    Please contact me at least 48 hours before appointment to cancel or reschedule. I understand life happens, lets work together to get you booked at a more convenient time.

  • Late/No Shows

    There will be a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled and deposit is held. I will give you the opportunity to reschedule your appointment based on availability and clients inquiring ahead of your late/missed appointment.

  • Deposit/Refunds

    There is a $20 non-refundable deposit due when booking. Deposit will be counted towards your service. There will be NO REFUNDS.

  • Dishonored Pre-service requests

    Only thing I ask of my clients to help me help you make your appointment as easy as possible, pre wash, detangle, and blow dry (unless additional service is added). If your hair is not washed properly I will not continue your service.

  • Additionals

    Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment to limit distraction and movement during services. I am very accommodating to your needs as long as you communicate before hand. Disrespect and hostility will not be tolerated, there will be an immediate cancellation with no opportunity to reschedule.
